If you had told me years ago that a passion for beauty would grow into a business, a product line, and a community of incredible women, I probably wouldn't have believed you. Yet here I am, doing what I genuinely love every single day.

MY JOURNEY BEGAN IN 2015

My journey began in 2015, when I became a certified lash artist. Like many people entering the beauty industry, I simply wanted to create beautiful lashes. What I quickly discovered, however, was that the transformation went far beyond appearance. Every appointment became an opportunity to help someone feel more confident, more comfortable, and more like themselves. Watching clients leave with a smile, standing a little taller than when they arrived, reminded me that beauty is never just about how we look, it's about how we feel.

 

That belief has guided everything I've built ever since.

EDUCATION & CONTINUOUS GROWTH

As my business grew, so did my passion for education. I have always believed that if I'm going to offer my clients the very best, I need to continuously invest in learning and refining my skills. Throughout my career I have completed extensive training with some of the industry's most respected educators.

I proudly hold a Master Certification in Lash Application with Lash Box LA Australia, one of Australia's leading lash education providers. I have also trained with respected local educators in Geelong, including Lashulashes at The Centre of Excellence Geelong, continually refining my techniques and expanding my knowledge. My education didn't stop there—I furthered my training internationally by completing advanced online Master Volume Handmade Application training with Lashes by Livvy in the United Kingdom. In addition, I became certified in Lash Lifts through Lash Boss Melbourne, allowing me to offer a wider range of specialised beauty services.

RELATIONSHIPS OVER EVERYTHING

While qualifications have helped shape my career, the relationships I've built with my clients have been my greatest achievement.

Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to meet thousands of incredible women, each with their own story, personality and style. One thing I've learned is that there is no such thing as a "one-size-fits-all" approach to beauty. Every client deserves to feel listened to, understood and cared for. That's why every lash set I create is carefully customised to suit the individual sitting in my chair.

CREATING MY OWN PRODUCTS

As my clientele grew, I noticed another opportunity to make a difference. Clients would often ask me what products I personally trusted to maintain healthy lashes and achieve long-lasting results. I struggled to recommend products that truly met the standards I expected—not just in quality, but in performance and consistency.

Rather than settling, I decided to create my own.

THAT DECISION BECAME THE BEGINNING OF LASH DOLLS & CO.

Every product in the Lash Dolls & Co collection has been developed with intention. My Lash Growth Serum, Dolly Lips Lip Liners, and future beauty collections are designed to complement natural beauty rather than mask it. I wanted to create products that felt luxurious, performed beautifully, and could become part of an everyday routine.

Lash Dolls & Co isn't about chasing trends or creating products for the sake of it. It's about offering carefully considered beauty essentials that I genuinely use, trust, and proudly stand behind.

REAL CONVERSATIONS, REAL CONNECTIONS

Outside of the salon, I love sharing the more personal side of my journey. I'm also the founder of the "Spill the Lash Tea" Podcast, where I combine my passion for lashing with honest, unfiltered conversations. Many episodes are recorded while I'm working with clients, creating a relaxed environment where beauty, business, relationships and everyday life naturally become part of the conversation. It's my way of showing that behind every appointment is a genuine connection, and behind every business is a real person.

COMMUNITY & MARKETS

You'll also often find me at local markets throughout the year, introducing people to the Lash Dolls & Co range. Meeting customers face-to-face, hearing their feedback, and watching people discover products they genuinely love has been one of the most rewarding experiences of building this brand.
